My strong work ethic, lead-by-example mentality, and desire to achieve has driven my ability to excel in a variety of environments, and the success experienced in these environments taught me to embrace working collaboratively. Therefore, the collaborative nature of consulting naturally appealed to me and led to a great opportunity with Huron's Healthcare Practice. With Huron I have taken on complex challenges faced by our clients, learned to adapt to constantly changing environments, and driven results alongside exceptional colleagues and clients. Through my experiences, I have come to understand that more is achieved through a high performing team than from one high performing individual. While one individual can be a crucial asset to a team, they can make an exponentially greater impact by improving the team as a whole. My experience has instilled in me that performance is best judged by your customer whether they are teammates, superiors, or clients.
