Therefore, the collaborative nature of consulting naturally appealed to me and led to a great opportunity with Huron's Healthcare Practice. With Huron I have taken on complex challenges faced by our clients, learned to adapt to constantly changing environments, and driven results alongside exceptional colleagues and clients. Through my experiences, I have come to understand that more is achieved through a high performing team than from one high performing individual. While one individual can be a crucial asset to a team, they can make an exponentially greater impact by improving the team as a whole. My experience has instilled in me that performance is best judged by your customer whether they are teammates, superiors, or clients.

Marketing Analyst Intern
Had the pleasure of working directly for the Vice President of Marketing in North America as a member of the Demand Generation Team. I performed analysis and reporting on B2B enterprise marketing, and I utilized sales data from Salesforce.com in my analyses and reporting as well. I delivered weekly reporting with pivot table analysis for North America and Latin America. I identified key trends and campaigns that drove Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Additionally, I was called upon to build and document the Account Based Marketing (ABM) reporting process in Latin America.I analyzed Salesforce.com campaign data to profile key audiences based on the levels of activity and campaign engagement. After gathering and collecting the data, I developed a survey and analyzed Leads that had low engagement levels. I then presented my results before the North American Marketing Team, and I recommended strategies to try to re-engage Leads that have gone dormant.I built a sorting system in Outlook that made it easier to manage responses to marketing mass emails. The system makes it easier to manage Opt Out requests and update mailing lists from the thousands of responses generated by marketing emails.
