In 2012 he was promoted to the role of Regional Vice President for Olive Garden and later Senior Vice President of Operations for Olive Garden in Houston, TX. Anthony is active in the Executive Leadership Counsel and the Hispanic Employee Resource Group and has previously been awarded the prestigious Darden Executive award as well as the VP of the Year award.
