Completed a diploma in Behavioural Sciences at Seneca College, followed by my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at York University. My time at Seneca afforded me an incredible placement at Aspirations & Discoveries Therapy and Education Centre where I learned a great deal about various developmental disabilities and the clinical application of Applied Behaviour Analysis. At York, I developed a key skill set comprised with psychological theory of critical thinking, research, information analyzing and organizing, and understanding how human behaviour can add nuance to these issues. I aspire to apply my skills to a business environment as I am highly attentive to details, processes, and people. With 6+ years of experience as a Keyholder, I have developed much expertise in the field of branded customer service, administration, and human resources. I am adept in educating customers and staff on products and resources, providing exceptional customer service resulting in a loyal customer base, and leading my team through the daily requirements of a busy pharmacy. In my free time, you can find me camping, kayaking and exploring the rugged outdoors.
