In my time at SyscoLABS, I've helped enhance the Shop platform by creating user-centered design solutions that have led to increased user engagement and revenue growth. One of my most significant contributions was designing a new feature called Brand Conversion, which led to a 34% conversion rate to Sysco In-House products by users who had previously ordered name brands. This product resulted in lower costs for the customer and a higher profit margin for Sysco.

I started my own photography business in November of 2010 and went full-time in June of 2013. Starting and growing a business from the ground up has been a masterclass in creative problem solving, professional communication, client focused design, and story based branding.

My role here focused on ensuring the consistency of our brand's image and streamlining its visual design. When I was hired, the company lacked a designer and branding; I took the initiative to overhaul our social media and online presence. From there, I developed a fluent design language to better connect our consumers to the brand - as evidenced by our social media pages and website. My day-to-day responsibilities focused on designing and growing our social media presence.
