Specifically, I routinely handle many aspects of patent litigation, from discovery disputes, to claim construction briefing and hearings, to trial. Additionally, I have experience in managing patent portfolios for clients located in both the United States and abroad, and have worked with patents in a broad range of technologies, including wireless communication, subsea equipment, digital imaging technology, fiber optic cable connectors, and medical devices.
