Developed and implemented a portal for regulators to review CFPB complaints data to help further their missions.• Personally visited and met with U.S. Senators to discuss creating a complaints input channel for congressional offices to receive, input, and get an expedited response to complaints from their constituents. Fully implemented the system, including a particular unit inside the CFPB to manage congressional needs.• Public-facing role fronting relationships with covered companies, spoke nationally on CFPB related topics, including hundreds of industry groups, conventions, and 2012 in Boston at the assembly of all states attorney general. -

To protect consumers' deposits, closed and managed the closings of over 300 U.S. banks. • Transferring deposits to the FDIC or a buyer, monitored contracts to FISERV and FIS for the technical conversion of a bank at closing• Strengthening skills, obtained a Contracts Management Certificate from George Washington Law School• During bank failures, exposure to FDIC regulation saving the U.S. banking system absorbed the operation of controls and policies during the most significant bank closings period in banking history.• Banks closed by the FDIC close, and depositors receive their insurance or assets are sold to other banks, or the bank is sold in part or whole to a buying bank.
