Currently working on the testing for ARM's SOC IP tooling suite, ARM-Socrates. Part of a development team using an agile/scrum methodology.

I was in charge of Ericsson's test hotels in the Node Feature Test Group. There were up to 40 people testing on these server and it was my role to co-ordinate updates, schedule access to the server, trouble shoot the server and highlight new features which needed testing. I managed a team of 3 people offshore and conducted a successful transfer of this role to India.

2009 Joined the TAG team as test analyst covering Optimisers, Wireline and Common components. Worked as a test Analyst in Ericsson's System Test department. Analysed requirements from Implementation Proposal stage through to release. Used Risk based analysis to rate requirements and design load for characteristic and performance based testing using simulation tools. ISTQB certified as a Senior Test Analyst.

2005 Helped begin the System test group for OSSRC R3. Helped develop ways of working for System test including how we use Teamquest to track resource usage. Expert in UNIX and Sybase debugging. Used Netsim and UNIX shell scripts to add automated load from simulated nodes and simulate the network model for our configuration manager applications to be load tested. November 1999 Joined Ericsson as Java Developer in CNOSS 1.0 team as a designer. CNOSS, now named OSSRC, is Ericsson's offering the in the Telecoms Operator Support System market. This role involved developing Java on a Unix Platform to implement a multi-threaded server side Java programming using Java's Corba protocols and Factory patterns.

Worked as a software Localisation Engineer on Corel's applications, CorelDraw, Photopaint and WordPerfect. Was made team lead and travelled to head office in Ottawa to work with development teams on making new products suitable for localization.

Worked for Berlitz on many different projects for major companies such as Microsoft, Oracle and Lotus. I worked as a Software Localization engineer.
