Anchor Hopsital provides emergency and crisis stabilization care to patients experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. As a member of the hospital's expressive therapy team, I design and facilitate therapeutic groups that utilize art, music, movement, and storytelling to promote self-expression, emotional resilience, and healing.
