Managed pickup, delivery, inventory, and record keeping of materials for team at Fusion Wireless.Kept detailed paper trail of assetted AT&T/Sprint equipment and BOMs for contractor site material.Improved staging and warehouse organization for faster turnaround from material pickup to on-site time.Negotiated with clients and vendors to ensure correct materials reached the site every time according to the BOM and project SOW.Performed site decom, troubleshooting, and new sector builds on AT&T/Sprint projects as a tower technician alongside warehousing duties.

Worked under guidance from my program professors in the information security computer lab. Handled the creation of a steady state image of lab workstations using Clonezilla imaging software. Implemented security and managed user access/rights with a local group policy and installed a complete suite of applications for instructor/student use. Performed routine maintenance of computer hardware and operating systems and troubleshot user complaints to ensure a seamless, enjoyable lab experience.

Provided excellent customer experiences with my team working at our Millsboro location. Piping hot coffee and donuts served fresh on the daily commute!
