Directly responsible for the Cryptologic Detached Service Element 12-member team on the Coast Guard Cutter BERTHOLF. Positioned as a subject matter expert for all cryptologic policy and requirements from the Cryptologic Resource Coordinator, Coast Guard Cryptologic Unit Texas, and Cutter leadership. Oversaw all cryptologic requirements for indications and warnings, search and rescue, intelligence support to the tactical commander, national tasking, signals research &target development, and support & integration into NSA missions/operations utilizing the Incremental E System.

Developed close working relationships with inter- and intra-agency partners, including state, federal, and international intelligence and law enforcement agencies in support of end-game operations. Served as the primary briefer for CSG mission overviews and technical capabilities for strategic and tactical visitors and VIPs.

Advised, educated, supported, and collaborated with military and civilian leaders at all levels to execute the CSG and JIATF-S mission and Joint Military Programs. Strengthen the military-civilian relationships through outreach and advocacy. Fostered positive organizational culture that encouraged teamwork, empowered personal and professional growth, and enabled peak mission performance.

Directed a 24/7 watch floor for all cryptologic requirements of the Joint Inter-Agency Task Force South (JIATF-S). Oversaw and executed Cyptologic Service Group (CSG) Operations Strategic Mission and Personnel, ensured mission assurance planning with oversight of continuity of operations team and systems resiliency. Also served as a focal point between the Coast Guard Cryptologic Group, Coast Guard Cryptologic Unit Texas, Coast Guard Cryptologic Unit Colorado, various NSA elements, and Law Enforcement Agencies and partners on behalf of the JIATF-S mission.
