Education Specialist, Salesforce
Current• Develop education materials for new technology functionality within the development cycle, and informing development based on user feedback• Develop partnerships with users and stakeholders to support product roll-outs and new implementations• Establish and maintain Software Education Library, ensuring all training content is current and refreshed with the changing needs of stakeholders• Own the clinical training roadmap, aimed on providing ongoing delivery of new or upgraded materials for learners across Sound• Ensure iterative release of technology is supported by user acceptance testing and super-user education• Establish and maintain various workflow and technical diagrams to ensure education objectives are met organizational wide. This is done through consistent review and updates of system changes, workflow changes, and/or peripheral application additions/enhancements.• Responsible for accurately documenting user and stakeholder requirements and objectives, and working closely with development and configuration teams to deliver value through IT solutions
