I develop strength training class workouts, using a variety of modalities and equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, battle ropes and more. I motivate clients using positive reinforcement techniques and provide on the spot feedback in regard to proper form and technique to maximize participants experience.
