Ian is an Electrical Engineer who started his own firm - McWilliam Consulting Engineers in August 2015. Ian is a professionally registered electrical engineer whose passion lies in sustainability and is accredited as a Green Star Professional with the Green Building Council of South Africa. Ian is also a Certified Energy Manager having achieved CEM status. Ian’s experience lies in building services covering retail, residential and commercial buildings. However Ian has had exposure to large scale projects, in particular forming part of the electrical engineering consortium for the new FIFA World Cup Green Point Soccer Stadium.Ian holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business (GSB) at UCT.---Ian is a big thinker who is determined to provide excellence in everything he does. He believes life is about building successful relationships. His drive comes from the pursuit of achieving excellent results and providing beyond the call of duty service. Ian loves helping people and is forever discovering and learning to grow his knowledge base. Ian is not shy to ask for help.
