As a Technology Consultant, I'm heavily involved in all phases of development. I'm the primary point of contact for new clients, building relationships and understanding around goals, as well as flushing out shared visions and defining paths to success. After project kickoff, I'm embedded with the development team to ensure active communication, mutual understanding between stakeholders, and consistent progress. Regular architectural planning and active monitoring and review of project code allows me to personally dive into complicated technical problems as projects take shape, shift, and navigate their way toward successful launch.
