Since its founding, Untold has consistently delivered high-quality custom software and innovative solutions for our clients.My Role:As a utility player at Untold, I ensure that each project progresses smoothly from conception to completion while keeping all operational aspects running seamlessly. My role is dynamic and cross-functional, encompassing a range of responsibilities:- **Project Management:** Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, coordinating with diverse teams to meet timelines and client expectations.- **Sales & Account Management:** Engage with clients to understand their needs, communicate project updates, and build long-lasting relationships that drive business growth.- **Quality Assurance:** Implement rigorous quality checks through both user testing and automated test scripts to maintain a high standard across all deliverables.- **Operations Management:** Handle essential operations, including bookkeeping, HR, payroll, health insurance, and office management, to ensure a stable and effective work environment.- **Remote Work Management** Spearheaded the operational shift from a single office location to a fully remote, multi-state setup, ensuring business continuity and adapting processes to meet new challenges.This role has allowed me to leverage my versatility to support Untold’s mission of bringing ideas to life with innovative technology solutions, aligning client visions with exceptional software.
