I am responsible for the training and support of all new employees and franchisees into Synergy Stocktaking. I train everyone up to the high standards we have come to expect here, ensuring everyone that comes to us is the best they can be and a key part of Synergy Stocktaking winning the service franchise of the year award at the Irish Franchise Association Awards 2019. I offer support and advice one to one, over the phone & through programs such as Teamviewer. I am responsible for the upkeep of all documentation relating to the software we have developed here at Synergy to provide the best stocktaking service for the hospitality sector in Ireland. I am responsible for ensuring equipment is maintained for the Dublin team and for the franchisees. I am the Health and Safety officer also ensuring that the work we carry out is done in a safe and reliable manner to our staff and clients.

Stock auditor.I am in charge of many stock audits carried out in mainly Dublin city centre pubs, bars and clubs. I am involved in stock reconciliation, including carrying out valuations and offering advice to clients on how to combat any stock loss and help maximize their profits in this thriving hospitality sector.

My role is that of team leader, who heavily influences the day to day running of my store. My duties regularly include organising rosters, completing back to work meetings ensuring that any tasks or information regarding our department is implemented in the store, managing a team of over nine staff and also communicating with the general manager and participating in management meetings for the smooth operation of the store and ensuring that we are always adapting to the fast paced retail market. This also included being tasked with keeping departments working within their budgets for waste, stock loss etc. and generating sales.Promotion was achieved very soon after joining the company.I have completed management training in the company, and I am carrying out management duties in the case of managerial absence.
