Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP) is a privately-funded program whose mission is to provide children from under-resourced Philadelphia families with financial access to quality, safe, K-8th grade, tuition-based schools, thereby increasing their long-term economic and social success. CSFP grants need-based, partial scholarships through a random lottery and is the largest K-8 scholarship program in the state of Pennsylvania.CSFP is primarily funded through Pennsylvania's two educational tax credit programs, the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and the Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC). These tax credit programs allow donors to transform the state tax dollars they are already spending into scholarships for under-resourced Philadelphia students, resulting in 90% dollar-for-dollar tax credits. In my role as Corporate Development Manager, I create and nurture relationships with our corporate partners, educating around and growing these tax credit programs that are essential to funding our student's scholarships.

During my time at ISM, I worked alongside school leaders, creating and nurturing professional relationships to help them achieve their goals and create positive outcomes for students.I managed the sales, onboarding, and account management of ISM's advisory products including EdTech software, membership benefits, professional development workshops, digital marketing, executive consulting, and surveys. I leveraged my experience and skills with account management, sales, and customer service to align my client's needs with ISM's product offerings, supporting a territory of over 425 schools throughout the United States, Canada, and Asia.

Approximately one–quarter million square feet in size, the flagship property is home to five unique dining rooms, 84 Inn rooms, a fitness center, two business centers, and 14 private event spaces. During my time at the Union League, I sold and coordinated private events occurring throughout the center city property.I ensured quality execution of private events while providing ongoing guidance to clients throughout the event planning process, overseeing the sales process from prospecting through closing, and achieving a $1.8M individual sales goal and a $10M annual team sales goal.

Merion Golf Club is a historic private country club, consistently ranked by Golf Digest as one of the top 10 golf courses in the world. Merion has played host to more USGA Championships than any course in America and is home to some of golf's greatest moments. During my time at Merion, I sold, oversaw, coordinated, and ensured proper execution of all member club events, golf tournaments, and private events.I maximized the club’s profits from the banquet function, working alongside clients, colleagues, and event partners to plan and execute all special events taking place at the club. As Assistant Clubhouse Manager, I also managed a team including our banquet staff, florist, launderer, and housemen, increasing personal and professional effectiveness by hiring, training, scheduling, developing, supervising, and evaluating employees.
