Engineering Manager
Current-Lead a team of engineering in the design of industrial air filtration systems for diverse applications and industries, including woodworking, welding, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, and food.-Track project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project milestones and internal financial targets.-Foster a culture of growth and collaboration within and with other teams, encouraging discussion, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional teamwork and problem solving.-Collaborate closely with product management and sales to align efforts for new product development and launch.-Implement engineering processes and quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and reduce callbacks.-Develop and deliver key scorecard reports indicating project tracking and division finances to senior group management.
