I have 15 years experiences leading social impact teams in the not-for-profit sector in child and family services, mental health, and suicide prevention. I have a PhD in evaluation from the University of Melbourne, where I am also an Honorary Fellow. I am currently working as a Principal Consultant at First Person Consulting, where I support organisations to design, implement, evaluate, and improve a wide range of social and health programs and services. I am passionate about supporting helping professionals to use evidence-informed approaches to address complex social issues that impact on the health and wellbeing of children, families, and communities, and community-based organisations to strengthen the skills and knowledge they need to achieve their goals and demonstrate their impact.
