I started out in consulting as a more traditionally oriented program evaluator. While I still do much of this work, I would characterise my work now as more sitting at the intersection of evaluation, systems, and a smattering of design. My academic background is in Anthropology and Environmental Studies, but over the last 10-years I've worked on more than 200 projects that span social justice, health, and environmental sectors. I am a passionate believer in the importance of meeting people where they are, that working on change across multiple levels is key, and that practices that span disciplines are crucial to getting stuff done.I know a bit about lots of things, and sometimes that's the best place to start. Meeting others from across the world, sharing stories of success, failing, and learning are all things I enjoy doing.
