Along with my Co-Founder I develop and implement community develop programs that focus on rural health and education programs. I implement all program objectives in Ghana and all fundraising activities in the US. Manage organization budget, social media, communications and fund development. Developed the mission, vision, budgets, fundraising strategy and program priorities of GACD.Since our inception we have created lasting relationships with communities, clinics, midwiferies and schools. Expanded the capacity of one clinic to receive, store and distribute vaccinations to over 15,000 people in eleven communities. Installed a water filtration system to provide potable water to a community of over 600 residents in rural Ghana. Provided over 650 subsidies for the National Health Insurance Scheme in two communities. Implemented a full-scale demographic and census and needs assessment to better understand the needs of our partner communities

Lean tools and principles are used to identify and eliminate waste in order to bring value to the customer.Lean is founded on two basic principles of continuous improvement and respect for people.As a Project Manager I work with Executive and front line staff to develop organization strategy around cultural and business process change. I teach participants on how to implement LEAN principles in every day work with the goal of creating a complete cultural shift in how work is done, patients are cared for, and management leads.

As Manager of Integration & Innovation I was responsible for developing, testing and evaluating new approaches to address hunger in New York City. I managed budgets in access of 3 million dollars and worked to rethink the distribution of dollars in a more impactful and equitable manner.

Trained leaders in a rural village to develop, design and implement economic development projects focused on health, education and income generation. Instructed community members in the grant writing process. Ensured project sustainability by increasing the communities capacity. Taught organizational and time management skills.

Directly supervised forty diverse volunteer. Recruited, orientated, and trained all incoming volunteers. Responsible for the operation of an award winning food pantry, which included: retaining food stocks, mediating client issues and administrative duties. Collaborated with local food banks, private donors and community based organization to ensure efficient and timely food procurement and distribution. Developed and implemented an introductory training on nutrition and HIV/AIDS
