-Day to day support for 100 seat office/warehouse. Level III remote support for all users in the NA region.-SCCM Infrastructure Administration, including; Site configuration, patching, imaging, software distribution and reporting. -Developed, planned, tested and deployed a detailed Windows patching solution for 2,500 workstations and 500 servers located around the globe. Continued monthly patching of servers. Monthly Workstation patching and detailed documentation was handed off to offshore IT partners.-Lead project to identify and document all servers in the enterprise. Each server was then categorized based on location and role. A risk assessment was performed to determine how an outage of a given server might impact the business.-I used information collected above to propose regularly scheduled maintenance windows for all enterprise servers. These windows were then used for patching and general server maintenance.-Played an integral role in our COVID-19 IT response. In a short amount of time, I made needed configuration changes to SCCM environment to eliminate bandwidth congestion of SCCM data. Rapid but organized worldwide deployment of software to workstations allowed all of our office employees to quickly start working from home.

My responsibilities included the day to day technology operations of a 700 seat call center providing services to multiple clients. Level 3 hardware and software resolution, SCCM management and project planning.As an acting Regional Lead, I remotely support three technicians at two out of state sites, providing training, guidance, issue escalations support and project management on a daily baiss.

- By recommending, testing, deploying and administering an e-fax solution (FaxPress) I was able to save the company approx. $170,000 per year in labor and consumable costs.- Reduced labor/licensing costs associated with machine imaging, software distribution and various device management tasks, by implementing and administering System Management Server (SMS) 2003. (Now known as SCCM)- Lead technician on project to deploy 500 Tablet PC’s. Project responsibilities include: Hardware recommendation, image development, device security, software testing, user training and on-going level III support.- Administration of the following systems in a Windows 2000/2003 environment: SMS, ESD, FaxPress, WSUS, Track-IT, Automated Password Reset Utility, ISA 2004.- Enterprise patch management via Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and SMS. Completed 30,000 patch installations in a 2 month period via WSUS bringing the company up to date on critical Microsoft security patches.- Enterprise software license tracking (via SMS), allow the company to better control software costs.
