Katie Rose Cottage Hospice strives to create philanthropic connections to support the work of the hospice by generating ongoing funds to cover the funding gap in operational expenses. My role is central to raising the profile of the hospice and the services provided, to allow for deeper connection between hospice and community, and for community members to access its services. As Head of Fundraising and Partnerships, I work closely with the KRCH CEO, Board and leadership team to lead the relationship building, funding submissions, events and digital campaigns to raise funds and build relationships.The role is both external and internal facing. The role is part project manager, marketer, problem solver, creative thinker, and sponsor relationship manager, with an emphasis on building relationships and helping educate the community about the unique service providing by Katie Rose Cottage Hospice.
