Our developers have built over 38,000 solutions including process automation, dashboards, virtual agents, and applications.Developed a comprehensive yet simple “playbook” which serves as a road map for the Citizen Developer helping them focus on critical, yet often overlooked, areas of Citizen Development. The areas addressed are Business Analysis, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Process Mapping, Project Management, and Development.Promoted and improved capabilities by hosting interactive learning sessions, using proactive/collaborative communication methods, and building easy to use LC/NC tools & templates, Michael created an environment where Citizen Developers can create custom Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) solutions, network with peers, learn, ideate, and share best practices using sustainable/repeatable processes.
