Hired to run start-up distributor of live goods to mass-merchant retailers including Home Depot, Costco, Sears and Kmart. Led company through start-up phase to establish operating and management structure accommodating 400% growth over 8 years. Further developed and implemented the strategic plan which drove this growth, including innovative in-store merchandising and successful consignment sales programs. 75-225 employees seasonally.
