I am a HR professional with extensive experience in change management, leadership coaching and driving and developing HR teams.My most recent role was General Manager Human Resources at News Corp Australia. In this position, I worked directly with the global technology leaders to drive an end to end global change program. This entails the design and implementation of News Tech – a Technology Shared Services (~800 employees, across North America, Asia, Europe and Australia) that provides the majority of News Corp businesses with technology infrastructure and operations support.Prior to this, I was Head of People & Culture at Origin. In this role, I led a nationally-based team of experienced People & Culture Business Partners to deliver the Origin-wide people agenda, business unit strategic people priorities and the Origin-wide cyclical activities.Overall, I have over 18 years’ experience as a HR Professional in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Energy Resources and Media. Across each of these sectors, I have demonstrated success in identifying and understanding business needs and translating them into a people strategy with real people outcomes.
