Client Services Manager
CurrentThrive is the first career wellness platform built to give individuals complete control over the services that they need when they are looking for their next opportunity. As the Client Services Manager, I aim to drive great outcomes for our clients and users on the Thrive platform. I am a point of contact for user queries, onboarding, continuous support and outreach. I work with the broader team to ensure that the user experience and engagement levels are high and that the platform is meeting the needs of our users. I also support our partners and clients in delivering projects and training. • Champion Thrive as an innovative, leading SaaS tool in the HR tech space.• Manage a delivery team for engaging users through onboarding and outreach to exceed our goals.• Implement our user journey and engagement strategy, increasing activation and program consumption.• Engage clients to drive adoption of our self-service client tools.• Deliver training to partners and clients, bridging the gap between product and stakeholders.• Manage projects to completion, including cross-team collaboration.• Lead initiatives to improve efficiencies and results.• Stakeholder management across a diverse range of stakeholders.• Support Fortune 500 and leading organizations.• Encourage and advocate for continuous improvement.
