Worked with a small, Agile team developing microservices to handle data from car alignment sensors. Migrated services from .NET Framework to .NET Core. Dockerized those services. Developed CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Designed and developed Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) software. Capabilities include:• Tracks the timeline of millions of potential scenarios, from the release of a material to ignition, evacuation, and escalation. Personnel movement and fatalities are tracked for each scenario• Pulls consequence contour areas from two existing programs: Phast by DNV, and FLACS by Gexcon• Generates the following output: F-N Curves, Individual Risk Per Annum (IRPA), Potential Loss of Life (PLL), Frequency Maps, and Location Specific Independent Risk (LSIR)• All data is stored within a Microsoft SQL Server database to facilitate analysis of data• Optimized design and algorithms to reduce 10+ hour runtime to less than 2 hours.Developed Unreal Engine 4 plug-ins to assist consultants in analyzing and presenting risk results• Flare simulation modeled using the Unreal Engine 4 particle system• Developed tool to replace a Computational Fluid Dynamics program UI with Unreal Engine 4’s UI to decrease time to generate 3D facility layoutsPerformed many other tasks, including managing servers, client computers, and SharePoint Online. I also assisted the risk consultants by analyzing output of the QRA software to determine conclusions and recommendations for clients.
