Assisted with the management of a budget of $3B and more than 6,500 major equipment items from aviation to ground command and control systems; and a $3.5B inventory of spare and repair parts for 45,000 items. Ensured resources (materiel and funding) for Tobyhanna and Letterkenny Army Depots for communications and electronics repair programs. Assisted in management of the ILSC's support to enable readiness across the Army including global logistics and routine and emergency readiness actions in support of global Army requirements and worldwide contingency operations. Oversaw the execution of equipment readiness, sustainment, personnel, and budget.
