Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for the III Armored Corps and Fort Cavasos. Advised the Commanding General and Chief of Staff on all matters concerning Command, Control, Communications, Network Infrastructure and Transport, and Cybersecurity. Responsible for the communications network and the day-to-day oversight of information technology programs and activities related to III Armored Corps consisting of four Divisions, one Expeditionary Sustainment Command, and seven separate Brigades across six geographically distributed bases. Responsible for the planning, employment, operation, and procurement of all Corps communications and information technology systems including deployable network infrastructure and transport, radio communications, and network voice and compute and store capabilities. Planned, coordinated and executed network infrastructure and transport requirements for all programs at the Corps and Installation level. Supervised and was responsible for the training, safety and welfare of over 60 Soldiers, and Civilians.

Executive Officer to the Senior Commander (SC) and Commanding General (CG) for a division-level command comprised of over 8,800 military and civilian personnel globally stationed in 31 states and 27 countries. Responsible to identify, develop, and recommend near-, mid-, and long-range administrative plans and systems. Provided expert guidance and assistance on a wide variety of administrative, logistical, personnel management, action items, document control, automation, and integration activities in support of the executive staff. Served as the focal point and technical expert on the administrative management and activities of the executive staff as well as keep the executive leadership informed of critical developments. Determined appropriate methods to respond to directives, requirements and guidance issued from higher headquarters and requests from subordinate divisions; established plans and programs based on a wide variety of projects and taskings, from higher authority, through subordinate directors and staff principals.

Assisted the Director in daily management of eight directorates that consist of over 1,800 civilian, military, and contract personnel located worldwide. Assisted with the management of a budget of $3B and more than 6,500 major equipment items from aviation to ground command and control systems; and a $3.5B inventory of spare and repair parts for 45,000 items. Ensured resources (materiel and funding) for Tobyhanna and Letterkenny Army Depots for communications and electronics repair programs. Assisted in management of the ILSC's support to enable readiness across the Army including global logistics and routine and emergency readiness actions in support of global Army requirements and worldwide contingency operations. Oversaw the execution of equipment readiness, sustainment, personnel, and budget.

Responsible for the governance and management of the processes and activities to rapidly equip Army cyber defense teams in support of a global network infrastructure. Led technological advancements to keep Army cyber defense teams trained, equipped, and modernized. Led senior level coordination and synchronization for the implementation of the Cyber Training Environment for the Department of Defense cyber teams.
