Marie's international 25+ year track record encompasses executive leadership and advisory roles in innovation, insight & foresight, strategy and marketing. Founder Director of Do Well Do Good innovation advisory in London, she is on a mission to unlock whitespace opportunities and “healthy growth” - because lasting matters as much as growing and innovation should offer more solutions than problems. She has been advising global corporations (Chanel, L’Oréal, Bel, Grupo Bimbo, Publicis, Opella Sanofi,...), indie agencies, and startups on how to prepare for the future now. Rising health and wellbeing priorities are the cornerstones for profound changes across all sectors. While the next paradigm shift in value creation is coming from biological and nature-based innovation beyond digital. Previously, she embarked on two amazing social enterprises: Big Bloom which accelerates social innovation while developing people's leadership skills for the new world, and The Age of No Retirement, innovation for an age-neutral world by design. Prior to and in between that, she was Global Innovation Director at Walgreens Boots Alliance where she created the innovation lab of their consumer arm, and at L’Oréal, where she fuelled a new outside-in and user-centric R&D innovation approach. She was also CMO of Vichy Laboratoires world wide, and Lancôme for the USA.A believer in continuous learning, Marie completed her master in business management from HEC Paris Grande Ecole with a bachelor in Psychology from Paris Cite Université a decade later.
