In his role as Head of Europe Director, Dave is responsible for executing the strategic plan of the business and ensures the appropriate resources are dedicated to each project from the outset, delivering projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality. With a technical design & pre-contract background, Dave is ideally placed to assist clients in searching and selecting the optimum workplace to suit their commercial needs. Dave manages the day to day operation of the business, overseeing design development, technical and pre-contract operations and delivery, as well as driving profitable sales and building key customer relationships to effectively deliver business objectives. Dave has worked extensively throughout Europe including key projects in the Nordics, France, Poland, Hungary, Malta and is a German market specialist. His extensive client portfolio includes American Express, Alliance Global Investors, Big Lottery Fund, Mirabaud and Urenco.
