Mike is a self-motivated, highly artistic and dynamic team player who enjoys teaching others. As a proud co-founder of two companies World of Dance and House of Designers, Mike’s vision is to offer exceptional creative services for businesses—quality design and web development that make companies “look good". His areas of specialty include design, web development, project Management, and UI Design. …and wow can he paint! Mike brings a traditional art background to his creative process as well as over ten years experience in the design and marketing field, making him a truly well-rounded individual. As a gifted painter, he was offered a scholarship to attend IFAC in Miami, Fl but instead of taking fine arts, he decided to take digital editing & effects. His passion for computer arts lead him to a world of unique digital creations customers and companies have come to truly appreciate! From 1998-2000 Mr. McGinn worked on the largest electronic music portal “raveworld.net” which allowed him the opportunity to work with Microsoft to develop their Windows Media Player custom skins, micro site for Madonna’s album “Music” and helped produce a four city club event for the Universal Studios film Pitch Black. From 2000-2009, he was the creative director for Vision Entertainment which produced events such as: Hot Import Nights, Night Shift, and VIP Auto Fashion. Michael was responsible for the overall event branding, managing a staff of designers and programmers. From 2010-2017 founded House of Designers with a partner Jojo Santos to offer quality design and web development to the business in need of creative services. House of Designers also offers online marketing and SEO, but prides himself in making companies "look good".2017-Current With the success of World of Dance TV show and brand exposure Micheal moved 100% of his focus onto World of Dance and wearing the hat of Vice President of Product Development.
