With over 4 years at Alta Care Resources, I gained experience as a Child And Youth Worker. I worked with medium to high-risk youth that are prone to physical aggression, sexualized behaviour, or suicidal impulses in a group home program.My skills obtained here include creating detailed and accurate reports while case management of files. I also communicate and facilitate with social workers, data entry, and make decision support.With over 3 years at McMan Youth, Family and Community Services, I gained experience as a Community Resource Worker. I worked with individuals with development disabilities, mental health diagnoses, high risk issues and substance abuse.My Skills obtained here include working with and communicating with clients to create, implement, maintain and update support plans. Additional skills include daily documentation, on call rotation, data collection, case management, maintaining working files and assisting individuals with their complex needs.I am always enthusiastic about opportunities where I can make a positive change in one's life.I am always open to connecting with new people.
