Manpower Onsite Supervisor @ 3 Clients; Hiring/firing, filling orders, unemployment, coaching employees, scheduling, time clock, attendance, monthly reports, check on Aged Reports and payments, month end score card, workers comp, weekly pipeline, attended production meetings, walk the floors to ensure every one was working and there is no problems, payroll, fixing punches in Kronos and giving the new employees their onsite orientation before they begin work.
