Puget Sound Energy's Multifamily Weatherization and Retrofit Program is one of the largest across the U.S., serving 10 counties and 1.1m electric and 765,000 gas customers. Our multifaceted approach helps customers lower their energy bills through in unit direct install measures, and whole building envelope weatherization. The program also has a direct focus on the underserved segment through our behavior based Strategic Energy Management (SEM) program that coaches residents and facilities staff on no cost efficiency and sustainability methods. This innovative approach has gained recognition collaborative opportunities across a broad stakeholder group.
