Additionally, served as the investigating officer for the New England Army Recruiting Battalion, investigating allegations of recruiter improprieties and enlistment irregularities, and providing recommended courses of action in the adjudication of each case to the higher organization's officer in charge.

Managing director of the Rhode Island Army recruiting company. Responsible for all Active Duty and Reserve recruiting for the state of Rhode Island. Manages 20 personnel dispersed between three recruiting centers and a company headquarters. Meets Department of the Army mission requirements through project planning aimed at enlisting high quality applicants. Ensures maximum productivity through intensive analysis, planning, training, leader development, internal controls and inspection programs. Develops and maintains a positive image of the Army through engagement of educators, businesses, and local leaders across the state. Operates within 62 high schools and 16 college campuses throughout Rhode Island. Coordinates, plans and executes marketing initiatives to maximize target market growth. Develops and cultivates relationships in order to increase and codify referral systems. Accomplishes the recruiting mission with absolute integrity. Maintains Soldier and family support readiness and morale.

Baumholder, Germany

Managing director of a 278 person Army unit based in Germany and deployed to Afghanistan. Accountable for all personnel and equipment valued in excess of $30 million. Responsible for leading, training and administrating personnel, as well as managing logistics and maintenance. Plans projects and implements initiatives to train the organization and execute wartime military operations. Responsible for the health, welfare, morale, and safety for all personnel and their families, while ensuring a positive climate.

Germany

Associate project manager of an 800 person Army unit based in Germany; responsible for managing and coordinating resources for four subordinate elements to ensure all operations are resourced; assists the senior project manager in planning, coordinating, and executing training for the organization. Serves as the project planner for the organization's NATO Training Mission in Afghanistan by planning future operations, and integrating new personnel. Assists in executing project planning processes to develop project charters and project plans. In the absence of the senior project manager, assumes control of the section and serves as the senior project manager.

Assistant director and second in command of a 169 person Army unit consisting of seven subordinate elements; capable of deploying anywhere in the world within 96 hours by air. Ensures resources for company training, with a focus on operating under hazardous conditions, in populated areas. Responsible for mastering new equipment, to include digitized battlefield tracking systems. Ensures the combat readiness, physical fitness, welfare, morale, conduct and force protection of 20 direct subordinates. Responsible for the logistical support, equipment accountability, physical security, and administration of the company.

Operations director of a 46-person Army unit, based in Washington state and deployed to Iraq, consisting of four subordinate elements, each supported by an armored Stryker vehicle; capable of deploying anywhere in the world within 96 hours by land, sea or air. Trains and leads the unit under hazardous conditions, with a focus on conducting security operations within populated areas. Responsible for mastering new equipment, to include digitized battlefield tracking systems. Ensures readiness, physical fitness, health, welfare, morale, conduct and safety of all assigned personnel and their families. Accountable for vehicles and equipment valued in excess of $12 million. Develops and instills Army values and warrior ethos within the unit.
