• Developed and defended the financial and operating models used to sell the company for $90M+ and again 3 years later for $150M+ based on product profitability, business mix and potential for expansion.• Grew financial and business operations from under $5M to $18M of EBITDA, and from $1.7B to $3.5B of AUM in public (closed end and mutual funds) and private investment products by expanding the product suite and controlling distribution costs.

• Developed the multi-year roadmap for a comprehensive suite of higher margin, sticky (i.e., difficult to displace), hedge fund middle office services including settlement and collateral management of derivatives, performance, and cost evaluation of borrowing facilities, performance attribution, and risk assessment.• Launched a new hedge fund valuation and attestation service, at triple the margin of the traditional accounting service; Became an inaugural member of client’s (Elliot Management) internal Valuation Committee.
