I am an emerging qualitative researcher within the burgeoning field of coaching. I intend to produce new knowledge related to the well-being of African diasporic women in the workplace and make meaningful contributions to the coaching industry and academic community alongside some of the most notable coaching researchers in the world.As a coach, I help people leverage their strengths in navigating complex and challenging workplace environments as thought leaders and individual contributors. With my characteristic deep listening and expansive coaching style, strengths-based assessment tools, somatic and meditative techniques, and years of experience working in majority-dominant workplaces, I help people rediscover who they are at the core, creatively lean into their gifts, make sense of the dynamics at play within their work environments, and - in coming home to themselves - learn how best to thrive (not just survive) at work and in life.
