2015-2016 Directed all company sales and growth of the sales channel, including the creation of a new sales model, the division of North America into territories and regions, the hiring of Regional Sales Managers and independent Dealerships, and the eventual hiring of a new VP of Sales to continue the process. 2015-2017 Directed all product and communications marketing for ActiveLED, Inc., a division of Ringdale, Inc. Duties included the administration of the following groups: Product Development, Product Management, Technical Support, Quotes and Layout Design, Marketing Communications, Audio Visual, and Sales Training.• Created a Product Development Stage Gate Process for stronger cooperation and accountability between Engineering, Production, and Marketing Departments. Resulted in 35% decrease in product development time equating to a 15% savings in product development costs. • Supervised the development, certification, and launch of 15 new products.• Wrote and produced 15 product videos with a YouTube audience of over 1/4 million viewers.
