Porsche AG.One of five attorneys responsible for providing legal advice and overseeing litigation involving all Porsche subsidiary companies operating in North and South America including Porsche Motor Sport North America (racing teams), Porsche Latin America (South American operations), Porsche Design (apparel and merchandise sales), Porsche Financial Services (vehicle finance and leasing) and Porsche Cars North America (United States importer and distributor of Porsche motor vehicles). Michael worked closely with Porsche’s Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Human Resources, and Compliance departments and played a key role in nearly all Porsche-involved litigation related to consumer finance, commercial disputes, internal investigations, governmental audits and insurance claims.

As a Prosecutor, Michael acted as lead counsel in over fifty contested motion hearings and over twenty-five trials. Working closely with federal, state and local law enforcement, he was the chief counsel in the investigation and successful prosecution of a technology executive accused of embezzling over $1 million in company funds and oversaw the investigation and successful prosecution of eight environmental activists accused of targeting the families of the CEO and CFO of a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company.
