Michael worked closely with Porsche’s Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Human Resources, and Compliance departments and played a key role in nearly all Porsche-involved litigation related to consumer finance, commercial disputes, internal investigations, governmental audits and insurance claims.

As a Prosecutor, Michael acted as lead counsel in over fifty contested motion hearings and over twenty-five trials. Working closely with federal, state and local law enforcement, he was the chief counsel in the investigation and successful prosecution of a technology executive accused of embezzling over $1 million in company funds and oversaw the investigation and successful prosecution of eight environmental activists accused of targeting the families of the CEO and CFO of a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company.
