• Creates and refines clear pathways to enhance the volunteer leadership experience and recruitment
• Engages cross-organization to ensure volunteer leaders are provided with equitable and effective resources
• Responsible for the execution of our org-wide leadership development program and volunteer recognition programs
• Curates monthly and annual communications in the form of eNewsletters and quarterly magazine articles for both adult and youth programs.
• Collaborates with a mix of staff, key volunteers, and external partners to provide high-quality, impactful programming for Mountaineers volunteers

• Manage and train a team of 4-6 part time and full time staff

• Coordinate and facilitate Blue Teams – student stewardship teams that culminates in a restoration project
• Lead multiple school and stewardship teams with partners - Forterra and Stewardship partners - to field sites for invasive plant removal, native planting, and habitat restoration
• Project Manager for Saving Water Partnership and Seattle Public Utilities program evaluations and evaluation reporting

Teach programs and lead field experiences. Coordinate various blue teams. Carry out multiple projects as assigned.
