Hi, I’m Micah and I graduated with an Art Studio degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in the spring of 2018 while concurrently working as a junior graphic designer. Building upon my 5 years of experience in the Graphic design field, I have moved upwards into a managerial role and lead a small team of junior graphic designers.Throughout my years of being a graphic designer, I cut my teeth doing print layout work such as: Magazine Articles, Flyers, Posters and Direct Mail marketing solutions. Although the print medium has been my main focus I have also developed digital assets across social media platforms, graphics for internal websites as well as Sales and instructional presentations. This past year I have started collaborating with a colleague to create a Graphic Design workshop. This workshop is aimed at solidifying and refining the skillsets of junior graphic designers, with the goal of providing a larger avenue of upward mobility toward senior roles.
