Currently overseeing and leading a team in reopening of a bar under a new concept, new name, new menu. Oversaw the daily operations of a downtown jazz lounge that averaged 400-700 customers per day through the coordination of daily and weekly tasks, scheduling and managing of 15 mixologists, and maintaining the relations with local music and talent companies. Met daily profit goals through monitoring inventory and overseeing customer service to ensure the satisfaction of patrons and maintain a respected and cherished local standing. Assessed customer feedback in order to contribute to the development of new menu items and experiences while simultaneously monitoring budgeting and staffing expectations.
