Orr Fellowship is a unique post-graduate, two-year rotational program that matches Fellows with host companies throughout the Indianapolis area. Over the course of two years, Orr Fellowship provides unparalleled experience during Fellows’ time working for their host company, civic and leadership opportunities within the community, entrepreneurial workshops, and access to a professional network of alumni, board of directors, and peers. The highly competitive program chooses its fellows through a rigorous two-month interview process and through the selection process I was chosen out of over a thousand applicants to join a class of only 68 where I matched with Covideo.
