As the HR Analyst and Project Manager, I am responsible for ensuring that HR related programs, tools and resources support the long-term goals of the organization. As the Training and Development Specialist, I was responsible for communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. I was additionally responsible for managing, designing, developing and conducting all training programs. ENERGY is growing in exciting and different ways, and accordingly, I am proud to be spearheading the initiative to formalize and administer training and organizational development. I am sincerely enjoying being responsible for the management, design, development, coordination and conducting of all training programs.
