As a partner at Advocacy Baseball Consultants, I guide players and their families through every step of the recruiting process, from initial contact with college coaches to official visits and scholarship negotiations. With over 20 years of experience in baseball operations, scouting, coaching, and mentoring, I have a deep understanding of the skills, strategies, and opportunities that can help players achieve their academic and athletic goals.I am also the VP of Baseball Operations at Tuckahoe Sports, a non-profit indoor baseball/softball training facility, where I oversee the re-branding, expansion, and development of the baseball program. I have created and implemented successful programs, events, and partnerships that enhance the training, exposure, and diversity of the players and coaches. Additionally, I am the owner of the Baseball Vision Program, a unique service that helps players improve their vision and tracking ability for hitting and fielding. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with the baseball community and advancing the game at all levels.
