Additionally, this position will support the Guardian Scholars team in program-specific administrative tasks such as check requests, database maintenance, and event planning.

Manage in-home services for approximately 40-50 clients, working direct care shifts, some evenings/weekends, On-call duties, scheduling shifts for clients and direct care staff. Orienting and training direct care staff with clients, and monitoring direct care staff performance.Attend meetings; weekly program department, with clients/families minimally on a quarterly basis, conducting initial intake of new clients and attended meetings with other agencies involved in a client's care.

Provide individual skills training, respite and support services to children with behavioral health and special needs. Work directly with children and families, both individually and in groups, to provide services.Coordinate and provide services with agencies and families to meet the needs of the patient according to the treatment plan and provide information and referral assistance to families.

Assist outdoor wilderness trips, community action projects, organize and take inventory of all field equipment.Outreach in schools to promote our EcoPrograms and the development of sustainable practices by their experiences in nature.

Teaching independent living, social, and communication skills to the mentees in order to maximize the youth’s ability to live and participate in the community and function independently.
