As an Associate Advisor, I create Executive Overviews and custom reports to help client's understand their data and action plan appropriately. I also work directly with clients to support questions and facilitate dialogue about their data.I was awarded The Power of One Award. I developed 35 custom personality assessments for a Cincinnati coaching company. I conducted the trait research, item generation and refinement, data collection and analyses, and reported all findings to the client.

While working for the Adult, Weekend, and Evening Program I assisted with assessment development, advising, data entry, report development, and data/file management. I was responsible for conducting and analyzing data from student evaluations of the graduate assistants that work for the department as well as newsletters and other mailings. I conducted a job analysis for a new position in the department as well.

My job duties included but were not limited to data entry, survey development, project management and development, aiding customers, working with youth, judging projects, organizing supplies and storage, and developing project and learning assessments.

I schedule research studies, organized the lab, code data, manage the lab and other research assistants when my supervisor is traveling. I have learned how to do an IRB, as well as correct file storage for consent forms.

I worked in the Bursar Office answering phones, assisting students with accounts, faxing and mailing student bills, managing paperwork, updating databases, and completing other projects as needed.

I researched and evaluated renewable energy sources in conjunction with current legislation demands for for the Department of Defense.
