Patrick is part of RTD’s Transit-Oriented Development Team where he works with the public and private sector to create high-quality places throughout the Denver region’s transit network. Patrick’s work at RTD began with his help creating a pilot program that would eventually establish new ways for the agency to enter into public-private partnerships for the purpose of TOD. Patrick is currently implementing these strategies at stations throughout RTD’s existing and expanding transit system, including development projects at Denver Union Station, Alameda Station, Olde Town Arvada Station, and many others.

• Conducted market research for a variety of transit oriented developments along the Sacramento Regional Transit light-rail line.• Researched affordable housing needs for southwest Fresno, CA.• Analyzed fiscal viability of a proposed fire district annexation in the Truckee/Donner region.• Drafted the economic development portion of the Yolo, Solano, and Butte County general plans.• Facilitated a community input charrette and assembled a pro-forma analysis for the downtown revitalization of Rocklin, CA• Helped build the infrastructure financing plan for NASA Research Park at Moffett Field, CA.
