•Accurately review, track and verify all real estate contract documentation for 110+ brokers to ensure compliance with CREC mandating, maintaining discretion and integrity with regard to confidential and proprietary corporate information•Manage corporate accounts including escrow deposits, commission, broker fees and referrals•Daily reconciliation of escrow and commission accounts; prepare daily bank deposits (Corporate and Broker)•Monthly reporting of all broker production•Input New Listings/Changes/Transactions into all appropriate software (including but not limited to MLS, Lone Wolf, ATT)•Participate in the orientation of new sales associates (reviewing company and CREC mandated required documentation, process/procedures of incoming listings, contract pending transactions, fallen contract transactions, etc…)•Assist Managing Broker in recruiting and retention efforts by generating and maintaining lists of possible recruits•Supervise staff to assure they are performing specific work functions as well as assigning additional tasks as necessary•Develop, design, coordinate and implement two marketing programs (Client Closing & Sphere Marketing) for agents using direct mail, e-mail and an in-house newsletter publication•Obtain and supervise relationships with various vendors to obtain specific products and services for marketing programs
